on 10-13-19 I received this e-mail from eBay:
Your eBay invoice dated Sep-15-19 is now available for downloading. I paid in full!
Just now on 10-19-19, I received this e-mail:
We appreciate your business and thank you for choosing eBay. Your eBay invoice for the period from September 16, 2019 through October 15, 2019 is now available to view in any web browser. Note: it was a lower dollar amount.
Is there something I'm missing? New billing process? Is this eBay's way to collect money faster to profit more on interest like the manage payment system?
Help me understand.
thank you

I don't know the answer. I do know there is a big mess with EBAY's handling of sellers right now. Some sort of major glitch. My seller hub hasn't been accurate in days, all of a sudden-no sales. Listing is a pain with new fields, unusual fields, not what's needed, etc. When listing it takes longer when I list the category. Just spins & spins.
There's a major mess going on and it's affecting sellers big time.

There is a very big mess indeed. Lately, everything loads slow, shipping labels wont generate properly, seller hub and sales totals are wrong, my current account balance is about double what it should be and my sales are less than a quarter of what they should be, etc etc etc....
I think Ebay is very very sick! Should we pitch in for some flowers and a card for everyone to sign? I would say let's bring some chicken noodle soup, but it might be contagious to other marketplaces

I received another e-mail about my October invoice, so I decided to pay the whopping $28.53 and get it over with.
I made 3 attempts and each time it froze up!

Rather than getting a card I think eBay would prefer some cash!!
