I've been an eBay buyer and seller since 2009. I recently moved. I tried to change my address but the eBay system doesn't acknowledge my address and will not let me proceed. I live in a rural area on top of a mountain and do not get my mail delivered. I have a PO Box and physical address. How can I get eBay to use my PO Box as my delivery address?
Chat is useless and there's no one to call. How do I fix?
