eBay stops working when trying to list or complete draft, 2.5 weeks now

There have been many posts on community about this issue. When trying to list the system goes down and I get the "we looked everywhere" page, losing the description and having to wait until it goes away, usually about 10 minutes. Problem is it's happening every 20 minutes throughout the day.  Can we get an update on when this issue is going to be taken care of.  every day there have been multiple posts on this issue

@eburtonlab has pointed out that ALERT15317 has been created to document this (not that that means a quick resolution). It generally goes away for me if I turn off VPN.

Tried that and it does not work.

no idea if this would work or not.......

SUCCESS found a workaround...when using chrome open up the incognito window and work from there...works like it used to started, revised, listed, double checked it and just as I revised it!
