eBay showing false information in my account activity

Over the past two days my eBay account shows that I am NOT bidding on any items, yet I ended up winning an auction. I have now cancelled that item.  The same problem is showing in an auction which I placed a bid a few days ago....now it shows I am not bidding on anything.  I have tried to contact eBay regarding this technical error of theirs but have been unable to get any customer service, etc.

Is it possible sellers might have cancel your bids for some reason?

Do you have a number of retracted bids? Just an idea.

Sellers can cancel a buyer's bid(s).
