eBay shipping labels "Open Label" using Firefox page won't load and downloads instead.

After paying for shipping I choose the "Open Label" button in Firefox, a page tries to load in my browser and then downloads the .pdf instead which is okay, but it should have opened the label, more work as I have to minimize the browser and find the .pdf down load, it then opens with Adobe reader and I can print. Why does the label not open right then in Firefox ?

Do you have Firefox configure to open or download PDF files? Sounds like the latter.

Tools>Options>Applications check the action for PDF Document file types.

(it should be "use Adobe" not "Preview in Firefox" which results in all sorts of printing issues)

Thank you SO MUCH! I have searched about 6 or 7 articles yesterday and gave up. Decided to try again today and yours was the first response I saw that FIXED MY issue. For some reason firefox had pdf's opening with Photoshop CS6 and driving me NUTS!! Appreciate you taking the time out of your day to respond and help others. Thank you

Holy SH*T!! Thank you soooo much! I don't know what caused my settings to change since I never mess with them but this fixed my issue!!!
