I sold an item to a buyer who wanted to return the product for reasons I'd still do not understand but eBay allowed the return so I repaid for the item $117 and then purchased an additional return label against my will and eBay sent the buyer the return label but it had my wrong address on it for the return and the return ended up at another address and as you know it is lost forever now because that address says that they didn't receive it and there's nothing I can do about it because of eBay screw up now what is eBay intend on doing to make things right

The return address is whatever address you have listed in your account shipping preferences. There's no conceiveable way for eBay to screw that up. Go there now and correct it before it happens again.

Sorry, but this is your screwup, not ebays.
Ebay gets the return information from the information you provide to ebay.
