Had buyer inform me that eBay pages are not loading & letting her bid, so she is losing auctions. She’s located in California, not sure what to do as I told her clear cache.

Other than suggesting that the user try another browser or another device, there is probably not much that a seller can do if a buyer is having problems bidding due to pages not loading.
The buyer should contact eBay directly or better yet post details of the issue here to get suggestions from other users.

Ok thank you for your suggestion.

If she's on a computer, you can suggest she cycle her modem by unplugging it for a minute and plugging it back in.
It takes several minutes to reset. It sounds like her Internet is having a speed issue maybe.

Thank you, I think she’s using her phone, so not sure if app or what.

I’m having the same issue. This started last week. I cleared cache and updated iPad iOS 18 with latest system/safari with no difference. Only main image loads after choosing an item on eBay and the thumbnails just blink and stay blank. Bid button doesn’t work at all. When choosing add to cart the system is extremely slow and needs to be refreshed. Other websites all work normally. Any helpful suggestions?

Hi @anwesol_41 . If the issue is with Safari try using the app or a different browser like Firefox. If you have any ad blockers installed, disable them to see if it makes a difference. If you haven't rebooted your device since updating your OS and clearing your Safari history, do that.
If none of that works to resolve, file a tech report.
------------------------------
Through the app:
1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.
2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.
On the web:
Click the ? icon on the bottom right corner of almost any eBay page and that will also trigger the option to file a tech report, submit feedback to eBay, and more. Screenshots here.
