I noticed today that I was not notified (either by e-mail or on the home page of the eBay app) that I had received an offer from a seller on an item that I was interested in. I only saw that I had gotten an offer when I happened to go back to the listing page directly (the offer was several hours old already at that point).
Has anybody else been having this issue lately? For roughly a week now, I have not been getting any sort of traction or response on my sent offers (either as a buyer or as a seller) and am wondering if this has something to do with the offerees not being properly notified about my offers.
This is not an issue with my personal notification settings either as I checked those, and they are all correctly configured. Please advise, thanks.
