Some progress. Someone else at eBay's Trust & Safety dep't sent me the transcript. I guess in response to this thread. No apology or anything. Also, I still didn't yet receive a copy of the transcript above (that I made myself, fortunately, manually--on my third try--they make it quite difficult) from eBay either.
What will it take for eBay to stop lying about this?
