eBay is printing *only* in Landscape

When trying to print "Order details" from a purchase, the resulting output is only in landscape... portrait is not an option.

In fact, when I first launch browser, the layout option of portrait/landscape is visible for a split second, and then disappears.

Using Edge & Chrome yield the same result.  Trying to use "Print using system dialog" does not usefully affect the output.  That dialog *does* say portrait, and yet the output is still landscape.  Trying to print first as a .pdf (I have full Acrobat) also does not help as this output is also fixed at landscape.

Reading through the forum, this appeared at least 4 days ago.

 I just contacted the "help" contact and got this response.

"Upon further investigating here, we show and confirmed that the problem you've encountered is a known issue here on eBay. So regarding this matter, what I can do to help you is to add your account to one of the affected accounts for this concern so that we can have it prioritized."

Have you tried option for printing '2 pages' per sheet.?

Same problem here so...  select '2 pages' and adjust scale to suit.

It doesn't solve the problem but you can at least print in an approximate portrait format as it reorientates the layout...  H.

Yep, I have the same issue.  Just one more annoying change in eBay functionality.

The changes in categories/specifics/searches are worse, but if they could fix

this one, I will stop whining for a minute:)

We have had the same problem for at least a couple of weeks now. All of our system dialogs say we are set to print in portrait mode and there are no options to change on ebay. If there's a "priority list" for getting this fixed I'd like to be on it too, because the type on the slips as they're printed now is comically small.

Not only printing in landscape mode, but the left side is missing some characters so I do NOT see quantity.

HI - Me Too.  All orders print in landscape.  When I try to print, the options for page orientation briefly appear, then disappear.  Then the page always prints landscape.  Seems to work OK in Firefox.

We're having the same issues.  Can't read the print and had to highlight and right click print to get it  printed in miniature portrait mode.  Please fix this Ebay!

Exactly same issue happening with me.

Tried Chrome, tried Brave.

Checked printer settings in Microsoft Windows 7 OS - all set to portrait  - so it still appears to be a concern with eBay - Friendly print option.

It could be - that the concern is because I am still using Windows 7 but - some confirmation would be nice from ebay - if this is the case.

Seeing as this concern was first brought to ebay's attention 11th May 2021 - this is very poor service - still not resolved or advised of the cause - eg - Broswer or PC Operating System - 6 months later????

Are you folks in the US?    We have exactly the same issue in the UK.

There is a workaround,  not perfect but it does the job(ish)

Here's a workaround that I stumbled upon, by accident I might add. If you click on the highlighted 'Order details' number (00-00000-00000 format) there's a drop-down menu (Purchase Postage Label) which if you open it up, gives you a list of options. The one I have been using is 'Print packing slip and more'. 
On this tab you will find a number of different options for printouts. I have added an image that shows better than I can explain.

Anyone get the impression Ebay don't really care about their 'customers'?

It can't be that hard to undo a  software? mistake can it?

Didn't the human race get to the moon and back quicker and with less computing power than we have on our mobile devices?

Yes... add us all to that "priority" list.  This printing issue has been going on for weeks now here.  This is very irritating! Plus, a waste of paper. Sure hope the mailing labels do not start doing this! Here it is the 25th of Nov. and it is still going on.
