@lucia2005pt  No, eBay has not been down for over a week or any other amount of time.  What country are you based in?  US?  There might be an issue with your local service provider, sometimes a network is "black" or "white" listed on the internet due to suspicious activity.  But those "outages" typically don't last a week ...
