eBay home screen and other pages not loading correctly on PC

This is what the eBay landing page looks like on Google Chrome using a PC. I've tried Firefox and Internet Explorer on the PC but it's the same results. NOTE: eBay works completely fine on my Mac! Can anyone help?

First try a hard refresh -- hold down the shift key and hit the refresh button or F5. Restarting your browser might be worth a try.

Try deleting your browser cache ("all time" if that is an option).

If none of that helps, try deleting your ebay.com cookies individually.

If the problem is primarily with the main ebay.com page, try using the site map page to navigate to your My eBay pages instead:
