No way to contact human being anymore.
ABSOLUTELY NO WAY.
Chat bot is not helping 99% of the time.
Please remove your f'ing chat bot and bring back humans.

Unable to issue refund.
System says i need to add payment.
Bank was charged.
Refund status not complete.

What am i supposed to do, add payment method and get charged AGAIN ?
Where is human when you need one ?
Did ROBOTS built eBay or humans ?
