I received a phone call from my cable provider direct TV saying I can save 50% on my cable bill if I purchase 475.00 in eBay gift cards, and I would not have to pay My bill 💵 until March 2022. I don’t see this money posted to my att account. Therefore I believe this is a scam. I would like to know if EBay can reload my cards or go after these people and get my money back on the cards so I can use it to make purchase on eBay. My email is kawarner5@yahoo.com. Thank you
KIm I would like a response please.

never use gift cards that way; such is scammers giving you for what looks to be a steal of a deal; they usually are out to steal from you.

Why would your cable provider have anything to do with eBay gift cards? eBay gift cards are only good for buying items from eBay, and your cable provider isn't going to be shopping on eBay, the scammers however will. You have been scammed and will never see that money again, and no eBay, can not reload those cards. They did not have anything to do with this scam in the first place.

Wow! Seems like a new twist on the old gift card scheme. Just wonder how they are aware of the name of your cable provider? Or did they use the words "your cable provider" rather than "your Direct TV account"?

Or addressed to the equivalent of occupant rather than the customer's name.
