I have noticed recently that when I submit a listing eBay will often display the last photo instead of the first one as it's supposed to. I frequently do dozens of listings in a single sitting and as the website is already pretty slow at times revising a bunch of my listings just to try and get the photo order correct is really slowing me down. Not sure if anyone has reported this before, but would be nice if someone can look into it. I am not doing anything differently than I've done in the past and I have paid close attention to the order of my photos and then watched eBay change it after I hit the submit button. It specifically moves the last photo into the first slot. And i'd say this happens about 50% of the time or more. This only started in the past month or so
