eBay cannot fix the problem for more than 2 weeks. The Sales Records will not load, just a blank.

I have eBay working on the issue for more than 2 weeks since they tried to update my account after an error. So far they promised to fix it and responded to me with the info that technical dep is still working on it, but no ETA on the resolution has been given. 

For more than 2 weeks I cannot see any sales records and cannot print packing slips in bulk.

It is crazy inconvenient since especially on Mondays I have to print sometimes more than 10-20-30 packing slips one by one instead of just one pdf with all packing slips in there.

I know what IT is and what the programming is about, so I can tell that this issue cannot be too complicated for the right person. The only questions are: when that person will have a chance to take care of this problem and do I have to pay for Selling Manager Pro / Seller Hub if it simply doesn't work?

Coincidentally or not, but eBay just fixed the problem, everything is back to normal as it was before. Could be due to the month's billing cycle update or this post is actually being read by eBay and forwarded accordingly to the right person or just it was the time then eBay finished the troubleshooting process as promiced, either way, the issue is gone and I breeth like a healed hulk.

Several others including me are having this problem. For me it started with the scan sheet and is now affecting messages and invoices. See his thread.
