For the past year, eBay automatically relists most of my auction sales. I sell vintage jewelry, no quantities. I have called customer service more than five times. They create a trouble ticket and it goes nowhere. 2 days ago within 48 hours I was supposed to get a phone call from a supervisor, and no one called. I want to tear my hair out at this point! It also creates duplicate listings of active listings. Help! What am I doing wrong?

Can you give me an item number of a "relisted" item please as well as the 'original' item it replaced.
You "may" have the OOS option turned on
Thanks

Maybe it is due to bad karma for trying to fool buyers into thinking that they are buying authentic Tiffany jewelry. Just a thought.

Maybe you should challenge me directly in a listing message rather than in the community around a separate topic.

You came to the public boards looking for advice. Although I suspect @powell-collectibles's post was tongue-in-cheek, it's actually good constructive criticism since not everything you sell is Tiffany.
And although you didn't ask for my suggestion, if I were you, I'd have a better user name than black_marketeer since the inference buyers make about the items you sell may not be a good one.

You are misleading people into thinking that they are buying authentic Tiffany jewelry. I took the expeditious route in letting you know that maybe that bad behavior led to those duplicate listings.

I do explain the fact that I sell other jewelry. in my "about" information. I have a lot of followers and repeat customers and I don't want to change any of my business names, so maybe black marketeer was ill advised, but I like it. It's tongue in cheek and I doubt if anyone who reads a listing of mine or has a buying experience with me has any doubt of my sincerity in selling a good product. But I do appreciate your taking the time to advise me, it is why I'm here. I just don't expect for someone to call me a fraudster like that other post.

All you've done is restate what you said in your first post. Nothing to add, clearly. If any of my listings are suspect, I expect you to call me out on it. In the listing. To broadly say I sell fake Tiffany jewelry is just inflammatory. Has anyone ever called you Karen?

I haven't a clue. Both show as available....they have different opening prices, so they are not duplicated.
one ends at 1:21 the other at 1:51..
Are you sure they did not automatically relist and then you relisted it again within an hour after ending? (or something like that)? You do know that an auction auto-relists if not sold unless you ask it not to.
I do not see a SOLD listing for this item.

Your entire store is suspect. You titled your store authentic Tiffany jewelry. The vast majority of what you sell is not – and even the stuff that you declare is looks suspect. Sneaky that you actually put Tiffany jewelry in your items description so that it shows up on searches. Imagine if I had a store that I called genuine Honda motor parts, but I sold cheap aftermarket, knock offs.

Karen, the fact that you have looked at my store & studied my listings but you cannot come up with a single one that you call, suspect. I mean come on, if you're going to go to all this time and effort to hassle me about my products, at least come at me with some facts and details. Don't waste everybody's time with fake whining. It's boring & it doesn't solve any problems.

You calling names doesn’t bother me. It’s OK. What does bother me? Is someone fooling people into thinking that she’s selling authentic Tiffany jewelry when she isn’t, that she is somehow affiliated with Tiffany and company, etc. do you even use the tip and Company logo in your backdrop. Come on.
