eBay app won’t show any active listings

I can’t view my eBay active listings on the app. It says I don’t have any active listings. I can however see them on the mobile and desktop sites. Please help. I’ve called eBay 3 times and still no fix

How are you attempting to view your listings using the app?

I see 21,000+ listings when I added you to my Saved Seller list and viewed that using the eBay app.

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account in the app as you are in the desktop or mobile sites.

I can see them everywhere just not on the app. It lets me see sold items just not active ones

How are you searching? Are you looking at a selling page, or actually searching for your items the way a customer would?
