eBay app not fully functioning

Both Watchlist and Bids&Offers are not loading - just getting a 'we ran into a problem' message. Works ok on laptop

My Watch List seems to be loading fine in the eBay app. I am using version 6.109.0.1 on an Android phone.

Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app for your operating system. Try clearing cache and data to see if that helps. Or else try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device and installing the latest version of the eBay app again.

If you continue to have app problems you may want to post on one of the app boards, or use a browser to reach ebay.com instead.

Thank you, still no joy so have tried the iOS forum and will see if I can contact eBay as well
