eBay app crashes when trying to check out.

This morning I attempted to buy a book on eBay. But every time I go to checkout, when I click “Confirm and pay,” the entire app crashes. Anyone else experiencing this?

Are you able to purchase using a browser instead of the app?

If the app continues to give you problems, try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, and then installing the latest version of the eBay app once more. The restart in between should ensure a clean install, which may help if the problem is with a previous installation not allowing updates to install correctly.

I uninstalled the app, restarted my smartphone, and reinstalled the app per your suggestion. Still the same issue. I will see if I can purchase the item using the browser.

Issues with the app can be reported to eBay by shaking your phone while the app is active.

Have had a few customers all this week tell me they cannot checkout, pay button missing, etc. It's showing in my sales that something major is going wrong.
