We just tried to upload photos to a return to process the refund and document everything and both the eBay app as well as the desktop website are not uploading photos. When you choose the photos to add to the return, it just takes you back to the return screen and nothing loads at all. Luckily we do not have to issue a partial refund, but we are still trying to post the photos as it shows that the buyers Defective return reason was not valid. Since we are marking it as a false "doesn't work or defective" and sending the report to eBay via the return request, we are trying to make sure the photos are there if they should review the return to remove the defective return mark from our record. Hopefully eBay can fix this ASAP since returns are time sensitive
