I sell toys that come with online codes and occasionally the buyer asks me to send them the code via eBay message prior to physically shipping the toy, which I always do and it's never been a problem. It's worth mentioning that the toys hardly sell without their codes. At any rate, today I had such a request and used the app to find the name of the figure, sent the code, then came to my computer to print the label and saw that it was a different toy with a different code. I thought I screwed up, so I ran back to my inventory, got the other toy, and sent another message to the buyer with that code. It wasn't until I reviewed everything again that I realized the eBay app and the computer were showing 2 different toys for 1 order (attached). So now I can't sell the second toy with its code (of course the buyer has already redeemed both codes), any suggestions? I tried calling, but CS was only viewing what's on the PC.
