eBay Tech~Please Help!! Manage My Store~Promotion Box Mgmt~link is Missing

The Store 'Promotion Box Mgmt' Link has been missing from the Manage My Store/Store Design options since Friday June 22nd.

It should be included under Manage My Store~Store Design~with the options;

Store Categories

Display Settings

Custom Pages

(PROMOTION BOX MGMT)

This is NOT for editing paid promotions, this is for creating/editing the Store promotion boxes within the store design (See Featured Items Box in attached pic & A Few Favorites Box at left)

The link to edit the store promotion boxes is nowhere within the Manage My Store options. I cannot edit, add or delete anything in my store promotion boxes (Or design) until this is fixed and they will very soon be outdated!

ebay took away the ability to have promotion boxes.  they, in their mighty wisdom, don't think you need them.

Manage my store options missing! I am having the same issue with no way to update my store's promotion boxes or add category HTML links. There is no way to organize or customize your store without these features.

Please restore these features quickly.
