When viewing my eBay store, as a customer would, using my mobile device (iPhone 8, up-to-date) - I cannot “select” any of my 10 store categories specifically. From Store Front - When I click “Refine”, then select drop-down Box “Category”, all of my store categories & items count (ie: Men’s Vintage (23)) show here and can be highlighted by selecting, but the glitch comes here: when you click “Done” to finish refining the search/narrow down inventory - nothing happens. “Done” doesn’t work/seems like a dead link, and you need to back-arrow to get out of refund box/screen and return to homepage of store.
If I scroll all the way down to the bottom of the screen on homepage/store front of eBay store, my categories are show and are individually listed here as well, but cannot be selected. Dead/broken links.
Very frustrating when I sell hundreds of items and have a wide breadth of inventory. My potential customers have to scroll through every item I have listed - throughout every category in my store to try to find what they’re looking for?? Well, they won’t & aren’t, because nobody cares about Women’s Swimwear when they’re looking for Motorcycle Parts...it’s affecting my sales in a major way.
I pay you eBay, monthly, for a functioning, user friendly store that promotes sales, not hinders them. Fix it!!!!
AND the Views Counter!! “0 Views” but item has watchers...Fix it!!!!

Here is the same; we have over 200 categories in our specialised store and only the first 10 are showing when I check with my mobile; in the app our outside. That makes no sense for buyers who have me as a favorite or otherwise.
Please eBay; repaid the refiine option on categories.
