Today I successfully printed several eBay Standard Envelope labels. Then when I went to print another, I got the "Something went wrong" error message. I tried again and got to the label page where I entered the weight of 2 oz. and the dimensions of 10" x 1" x 5". The eBay Standard Envelope was NOT an available selection. I exited and tried again several times. Still NOT available. So for 2 weeks in a row there are shipping label problems on Monday.

I was able to print an eBay Standard Envelope label for a different order. It is possible that the failed order is because the item subtotal is $20.50. I just read details of the eBay Standard Envelope program, and insurance is limited to $20.00 for a single item. However I did not see an explicit statement that items sold for more than $20.00 were excluded from this program. Can anyone provide more advice?

Your dimensions are too large, the smallest dimension (thickness) can't be greater than 1/4", and the value can't be greater than $20.

Thanks for showing where the maximum item selling price is documented. I didn't see it as I assumed that section was only about parcel size and weight limits.

eBay does not allow entering fractional dimensions. Entering either 0 or 1 in the 2nd (width) field works, as either entry shows eBay Standard Envelope (ESE) as a selection. One of the failed attempts I tried this morning had dimensions set to 10" x 0" x 5". The default setting is 1 and has worked ever since I started using ESEs. So it was the item price of $20.50 (not including tax) that caused the removal of ESE from selections.
