eBay Send is experiencing issues

Shipping is down and I can't find any updates

Shipping still worked (at least it did 4 hours after you posted this) but it still says that BUT...

what it means is USPS is having 'tracking issues' (I put one of the new tracking numbers in and that is what USPS stated). 

Ebay may have said that, but I didn't notice.

I am also having this issue. I tried earlier today and waited a few hours and still having the issue.

eBay Send is specific to 2 services:

1. eBay Standard Envelope

2. eBay International Standard Delivery (not to be confused with the similarly named eBay International Shipping)

I had no problem buying an eBay Standard Envelope label just now, so the issue may be fixed.

I'm still having the issue - any suggestions? I called in and they said the resolution may not happen until October...
