eBay Resolution Center is down

The eBay Resolution Center at https://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/ has been down for days.  There appears to be a missing DNS entry for ocs.ebay.com, which results in a resolution failure and a blank screen for any of the "Buyer" options on the page.

I've reported this to eBay twice, and I'm told that there is a ticket still in progress to get it fixed.  The Resolution Center appears to be the primary way that users can create tickets for eBay to review.

Depending on what you are trying to do using the Resolution Center, you may be able to accomplish the same task by going through the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page:

Yes, that link goes to the resolution center.  Choose one of the "Buyer" options on the left and click "Continue."

Update:  Fixed (sort of).

The links all now redirect to other help pages, but at least they aren't throwing DNS lookup failures.
