I'm here to say that I've been using the type of promotion "order disocunt" for quite a while and I've found out that some people can see the promotion and some can't.
I thought they couldn't see it because they were using a phone or because they were from a country they can't use promotions but I figured out that its not any of it...
I just can't find an answer of what the problem might be.
Why can some people see the promotions and some people can't? Those that can't see the promotion, cannot even use it, this is ridiculous, losing some serious money here, way to go eBay...
I hope someone can help me out.
