eBay Payout Not Going Through

Is anybody else having this problem?  I have been with Managed Payment for over about a year with zero problems.  Then out of nowhere, this week, eBay payout is not going through.  I'm on the third day of them trying to send it.  Just wondering how many others (if any) out there are having this same problem?

Per some other posts eBay expanded the number of sellers in the program this week.  Maybe their systems weren't as ready for the rollout as they assumed?

That's sounds plausible, thanks for the thought.  I'm just double confused because my managed payment account has been in place and working for over a year.  I'm starting to get a little concerned, as it's just a few days away now from what should be my NEXT payout.  And I'm getting nothing back from them in terms of an update.
