Had a customer open a return request, I granted it and provided a RMA.
Customer printed a label on November 15th (per eBay Chat) but the label was never scanned by the carrier. A case was opened and eBay granted a refund to the buyer while the label that was printed was never actually shipped.
eBay stated an appeal has to be opened rather than this is a technical issue on their end.
Is anyone else having this happen?
