I just noticed this today, but I can see it happened last week too. I went to the post office with 14 packages, and when the clerk looked at the SCAN form, she pointed out that it only said 13. I immediately assumed it must have been the one eBay International Standard Delivery order and had her scan that one separately. When I got back to my office, I checked the one other day I had an international order and that SCAN form was short one package too. The actual tracking on that order shows it as being accepted at 9:52pm which would have made it a late shipment if I hadn't received the order that same day. eBay International Standard Delivery still involves shipping an item with a USPS label. It should be on the SCAN form. This really needs to be fixed.
