This has seriously been going on since November of 2021 and still no resolution. There's been no clear communication on the issue or a timeline if we will ever get to create a template again. No, I don't want to hear about a work around solution of using the new lister than switching back. That new tool doesn't even save all fields needed that the old lister used, it's useless for my market.
Can we collaborate on what the next step here is amongst us customers/users of the platform? Apparently most of us have just got the run around with no solid concreate information fed back. Tickets, tech support chats, phone calls - all useless for 3 months.
Anyone else care to be able to actually save a template? Maybe for some their first time to actually use the platform correctly?
