Re: eBay Down ?

@toparijant_0

eBay is not currently down, at least not for me in the northeast of the US, though there was a problem about twenty hours ago:

https://downdetector.com/status/ebay/

I see you are registered in Indonesia. Are you having trouble reaching any other US sites?

Are you able to reach other eBay sites such as eBay Australia or eBay UK?

Re: eBay Down ?

Fastly.com is an anti-service.  That's why you don't get a proper diagnostic, and the Fastly pseudo-support team blahblahblahs about VPNs.

Re: eBay Down ?

If you are getting a "Fastly error", try refreshing the page while holding down the shift key.

@Anonymous

Try holding down the shift key and hitting the page refresh button to reload the page.

Or try using another browser -- if the page loads using another browser, try deleting your cache and possibly eBay cookies in your original browser.

Re: eBay Down ?

I have  been getting the 404 not found message too when just searching for items on ebay. It will be fine one minute and then the next I get the 404 not found message. And if I then try to go to my ebay or watch list I still get the 404 not found message. It started yesterday and I'm getting it today too.  So far, holding the shift key down and then hitting the refresh works.

ebay really needs to fix what ever is causing this issue.
