eBay Customer Support has placed the case on hold until Dec. 1 to allow time to provide additional d

I opened a claim and eBay has put my case on hold, they told me that I will receive an email requesting further information for the claim, but i havent received anything yet...

 

Meanwhile the seller is contacting me from outside the claim, saying that i can return the item but i have to get the shipping by myself, I told him that he has to give me the label because the packaged was damaged but he said that in china they cant buy shipping labels or something like that i told him that ebay can resolve this but know my claim is on hold, so he tell me  that i have to go to my postal service to get the label and he will cover the costs by paypal, but i dont know these seems a little shady to me and i dont know how to contact ebay for this situation, someone help!!!

Communicate with the seller through ebay as you will not be protected and any claims or promises can not be documented. The seller may be trying to get you to send the item back and say they never got it. Demand a label through Ebay !!! call eBay and report this behavior.
