I agree 100%. I have to call Ebay CS at least once a week and it's never easy , good or fun. They tell you anything just to get you off the phone.

I'm a former Customer Quality Manager for a large International Company and have a lot of experience dealing with Customers. My experience with eBay Customer Support has been mostly negative. The offshore support team needs to learn how to properly interact with customers, not be condescending, and communicate better (and follow-up). The U.S. based support (Concierge level) is a little better, but also has problems.
If eBay Management isn't listening to their Customers, we can expect the same from Customer Support.
