eBay Bucks Missing

For the past week, I noticed eBay Bucks is missing. Usually hoovering over My eBay, eBay Bucks would show on the bottom of the text box but it's no longer there.  Going into my account, on the left side where it stats eBay Bucks under the Buy cateogry,  clicking that just takes me back to all my purchases, Summaries. Clearing cookies/cache does not fix the issue.

Going to any item listing for purchase, it does show I will earn eBay Bucks for my purchase however. What happened to eBay Bucks?

I used to get ebay bucks too, sent into my inbox, then suddenly it stopped. Dispite the fact I buy things that earn eBay bucks, it stopped completely..I checked to see a balance.  can't find it ANYWHERE. People lead me to where to find it.  nope not there. I am still enrolled. I can't contant eBay-they make impossible to do that. I could of saved on Christmas  😞

This hasn't been fixed yet? Almost a year later? I'm not getting all of my Ebay bucks either. Nor can I find them.

Except for a brief period last summer when the link to the eBay bucks summary page was broken, it has been working fine for me. I have been earning bucks on qualifying purchases and receiving and using bucks certificates quarterly.

If that standard link does not work for you, have you tried the Canadian link?

When you buy items, do you see the message indicating how many eBay bucks you have earned on the checkout page?

Yeah. I says how many I'm earning. But I never have the option to check or look at my Ebay bucks amount. Nor do I have the option to use it at check out. I tried the Canadian Ebay, same thing. No option on my Ebay page.

So when you went to the checkout page, there was no checkbox with a voucher amount? And there was no voucher code on your eBay bucks summary page, or in your messages?

What browser are you using? If you have tried multiple browsers and you still did not see your voucher amounts between April 3rd and May 2nd, you should probably contact eBay to find out what the problem is -- though you may have to wait until the next voucher is issued on July 3rd. After midnight Pacific time tonight the quarterly voucher expires.

eBay Bucks certificates should be issued on or around July 3rd for the current quarterly earning period that ends June 30th.

To check you current earnings balance, see here:

If that link does not show you your balance and you are sure you have signed up for eBay Bucks, try this link instead:

If neither of those links work for you, you will have to contact eBay to see what the problem is.

It was a browser issue here. Neither link worked for me in Safari, but did fine with Chrome as mentioned in your previous post. Thanks for your help @eburtonlab
