Hi eBay Community,
I wanted to check if anyone else is experiencing this issue in the eBay mobile app, and hopefully get it in front of the tech team because it makes Sales Events very hard to manage.
Issue 1 – List Always Scrolls to the Top
When I add an item to a Sales Event (three dots → Add to Sale Event → choose event → Done), the app always scrolls all the way back to the top of my listings instead of keeping me on the item I was working on.
Issue 2 – Search Doesn’t Stay Active
If I search for something like “dress” and then add one of those items to a Sale Event, after pressing Done it again jumps to the top of my store list.
The word “dress” stays in the search bar, but I have to retype it again to refresh the search results.
Both issues make it extremely slow to add many items to different Sales Events.
Is anyone else having the same problem?
Hopefully eBay’s mobile team can take a look at this.
