eBay App Shopping Cart Bug, repeatable

There is a bug in the eBay App (android) shopping cart.

 

Steps to reproduce in App:

1. Add items to cart from multiple sellers

2. Make sure some of the sellers accept credit cards and paypal

3. Make sure one (or more) sellers accepts only paypal

4. Checkout with a credit card

5. The order appears to go through, arrive at confirmation screen. 

6. Wait a few minutes.

7. Check purchases, view order details of the items from sellers that only accept paypal. You will see that the order was unsuccessful (in app: "We're sorry, the item can't be displayed", in website: "This order was not successful. Order cost has not been included in the total amount.") , despite the item showing up as paid under puchase history. 

 

Proposed solution:

Add a check routine during checkout to make sure that the payment method used is compatible with all sellers' payment methods. Do not place the order if not. 

 

Reason this is a problem:

It is incredibly annoying to attempt to purchase a bunch of items, especially with a single use coupon code, only to find out that some of them didn't get purchased.
