eBay App Network Connection Lost

When attempting to upload photos via the app, I keep getting errors "Network Connection Lost, Retry"

My network is fine, no issues with any other apps. No issues loading photos via laptop (though it's a LOT more steps).

Yesterday 4/6/25 it was sporadic. Today it is constant.

Google Pixel 9a 

Android ver 16

eBay app ver 6.202.0.1

Steps taken:

Cleared cache & storage - negative change. Now app shows no network connection at home page.

Deleted app and reinstalled - Initially seemed better, no error at home page, however once at photo upload page, once photos loaded the "Network Connection Lost, Retry" error appeared. Was able to "retry" and get photos uploaded, but it appears we are back to sporadic errors.

Does the problem persist if you switch from using your home wifi network to your phone's data plan?

No it does not

Since it's working fine using your phone's data but it's not working when connected to your wifi, that points to the issue being with the wifi network connection. Try rebooting both your router/modem and your phone.
