I have seen this error message quite a lot. I suppose the Reference number could be different each time. Regardless, after being on the site for an over an hour but less than two hours, pages fail to load. I have used different browsers, Chrome, Edge and Firefox. Same results. Been happening for at least a few months. Thanks.
