deleting a listing action tab not responding

I can not get the action tab to respond.  I am trying to delete some of my listings.

Any difference if you use a different browser, or a private or incognito browser window?

Same issue here. I put the title of an item I want to delete into the search of my active listings. I then hit enter and nothing happens. If I manually locate the item from my active listings, I still can not delete it. I can not send offers either.
