I just spent 20 min trying to find an email address on the website - no luck. Then I spent 20 min on the phone with a human who could not find an email address. He then said he was transferring me to the 'email department' (love that btw) and the call was dropped. I am not sure this is how the C suite of eBay wants their customers treated but maybe it is. I am just trying to find out if there is a way to turn on text notifications for the auctions.
