combined shipping invoice glitches

Is anyone else having issues with Ebay glitches on sending combined shipping invoices? I have tried for the last while but it keeps saying to recheck the error in "some time".

As of 3/18 9:50pm EDT I have the same problem. In fact, I can't even send a single invoice without getting an error message.

My friend sent me a message about half an hour ago asking if I had an issue as she could not send a combined invoice.

I don't send out invoices.  I let ebay do that automatically.

I have a "rule" to ADD the weights when buyers make more than one purchase.  It works well if both items use the same shipping method, but not as well if the shipping methods are different.  Fortunately, I don't lose too much money when that happens.
