Try Firefox and see if that makes a difference.
If the links work in another browser, try clearing your cache in Chrome ("for all time"), and manually delete your eBay cookies. You may also want to try disabling any add-ons or extensions in your browser. Check to make sure you have the latest version of Chrome available for your operating system.
