Thanks for everyones assistance, not sure how ebay intends to keep its customers first and foremost with the appearance that they are hiding support under several layers, then jamming chat and faulty AI down our throats cutting us off from voice communications. I dont know about you all but I dont have time for this every time I try to do business with an organization. Amazon never did cut voice out through the pandemic. Maybe its just me but that sounds like a better business model than the haphazard way this AI gambit has been rolled out. I was forced to buy the product I needed elsewhere, its been in the mail 2 days already while still trying to get things to work on ebay. Most people wont bother with all this, neither will ebay know until it reflects on sales because they cut the most effective lines of communication. Yep Im frustrated too.
Thanks again to everyone, this is makeshift but at least it works and I can try to figure out what happened so they can maybe fix it?
