change email

 I changed my email address and while I have had the new one several years when I try to change it  Ebay says it belongs to someone else. How can I convince them it is me?

Each eBay account needs a unique email address.

If eBay is telling you that an email address is already in use, that means it is associated with a different eBay account and you must use another email address for this account.

Change email with same banking can make it a problem.

I would suggest the new email with a new banking account.

Just open another debit card with a bank and add the new routing number.
