cant send any offers to buyers on .com site

i cannot send any offers although it tells me 39 are available to send,started thurday evening but does not happen on uk site or australia.

when i look in the new offers section there is nothing to press,nothing works or selects.

tried messaging ebay but no reply at all

all my usa sales have stopped since thursday.

That total is the number of listings with watchers.

You may not be able to send offers on a listing where all watchers have disabled receive offer, or where all watchers have already received an offer.

No sales since Thursday could be unrelated to this issue, even with the diverse offerings you have.

i finally got a reply from ebay and they said they have a technical issue which they are working on,the new offers page also doesnt work and nothing can be selected,just a shame it takes 3 days and counting to rectify it as my offers work on the uk site and all other sites i use.
