It's been over a month and a half since I've been able to post. it was all great and then one day the whole layout changed and I could not select my shipping or returns it just shows a checkmark next to it and won't let me change it I've set a preference but it shows it's applied then on the bottom says no returns which are not my policy and for the shipping, it doesn't matter how many times I change it won't change and when I try to list the item it shows please select a policy it works ok on the desktop but that doesn't work for my business I wouldn't be able to post it on it. I've talked to many agents and supervisors, and all they offer is workarounds does anyone know how to fix this issue?

You may have to set your default shipping policy or business policy using a desktop browser before you can use the eBay app to list.
For help from other sellers about how to do that, you may want to post on the Selling board -- many more sellers read there than on the Technical Issues board here.
