I just signed up for ebay seller account, but for some reason I cant list my first item, despite already creating a payment account, adding my credit card and my paypal account.
Message says "request to increase limit is denied; pls refer to listing or messages"
Although my paypal account is still pending confirmation (need to wait for verification from paypal) - do you think this might be the reason?
Otherwise, please advise. thank you!
