I want to change my personal info's location from indonesia to australia. I managed to find the address and country, but the moment I press save, it says "
This change is not permitted at this time.{e78062-1183635x}"
I need to change my country so I can connect my account to payoneer. Because before this, I didn't really bother to change my info as it didn't affect me in selling and buying.
For some, the problem in changing the address is that you are changing the payment system also........The US uses Ayden, while other countries use Payoneer.......so if you want to register in the US you have to supply new information.......including a checking bank account in the US. That's reason you need a new account as I understand it.......
